The band's top-notch DJ services and master of ceremonies duties come standard with every reception package and you can have confidence that our band does not use backing audio tracks of any fashion. Uptown Drive can be more of a full service vendor, helping to source your ceremony musicians, cocktail music, string quartet or any other requested wedding professional with our Austin, TX network. We also offer a modern and compact ceremony sound system complete with wireless handheld (and lavalier) mics, MP3 player and managed by our audio engineer... a nice piece of mind for your prelude, recessional, processional and postlude. Dinner & cocktail Hour

Led by bandleader and saxophonist Greg Williams, our jazz set features the musicianship of the rhythm section behind wonderful instrumental improvisation and light vocal standards. The upright bass and keys make for a fun and energetic dinner / cocktail set with attention to volume. We've invested in the repertoire for this portion of the night to be able to compliment the elegance of your decor and create the right ambiance.
